Stir Fry Water Spinach |
Ingredients:
2 bundles water spinach ( kangkong in Philippines)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Note: Use the leafy part of the spinach.
Procedures:
- Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan then saute garlic.
- Add the spinach and stir about a minute or less.
- Put oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
