Fried Milkfish


Fried Milk Fish

Ingredients:

2 pcs. boneless milk fish (medium size)
oil for frying

For marinate:
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. salt
1 cup vinegar


Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients for marinate.
  2. Marinate milk fish for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the fish in medium heat until brown and crispy.
  4. Enjoy!
