Ingredients:
1/2 kl. shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1 pc. onion
1 pc. bell pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 pcs. chili (minced)
Procedure:
- Combine the soy sauce, ketchup, sugar and chili. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion and bell pepper in pre-heated oil for 2 minutes.
- Put the shrimp and wait for 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, ketchup, sugar and chili mixture.
- Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
